Investing in Real Estate- A Free Workshop

This workshop is offered through Realtors Brian and Ami Wruck. If you’ve ever been curious about investing in Real Estate, this workshop will take you through the basics. There will be a lender on hand to go over the financial details and you'll walk away with practical information about what steps you can take to be ready to invest. They'll have a rental property professional who will be presenting about ways to manage your property with minimal effort. There will be information about types of properties to use as investments, costs associated with buying/selling properties as investments as well as useful and practical information about the city/county codes and restrictions around modifying properties to maximize income.Attendees will receive an investment information packet full of information.This workshop is county approved, will be socially distanced outdoors, and masks will be required.
